RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

YOGHAIR WILL AGREE TO EXCHANGE OR REFUND CLIENTS FOR THE PRODUCT WITHIN 15 DAYS OF RECEIVING ITEMS IF:

  1. Can only be exchanged before you use it
  2. The hair is tangled, shedding, and loosening curly
  3. The hair length is not the same as the order
  4. Hair texture or color is not correct

CUSTOMERS WHO RETURN GOODS MUST PAY THE SHIPPING FEE TO SEND GOODS TO VIETNAM.

YOGHAIR WILL NOT EXCHANGE OR REFUND FOR THE PRODUCT IF:

  1. Used, damaged, or Cut hair
  2. Change the product pattern
  3. Not exchange or refund for closure and frontal items

Vietnamese technology today is capable of producing tiny curls like pixels. 100% good (this applies to all factories), but occasionally the hair is so dry that it loses its curl. So, if you do decide to purchase a little curl, do so at your own risk. For tiny curl orders, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.
